About Me
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of California (PSY22847).
I completed my undergraduate education at Mills College in Oakland. I received my Master’s Degree in Child Psychology and my Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota at Twin Cities in Minneapolis. I completed my pre-doctoral internship in the joint internship program between Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and Children’s Health Council in Palo Alto. Following the completion of my doctoral degree, I worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Kaiser Permanente, where I provided individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults and taught parenting classes for caregivers of children with ADHD and autism. I have taught psychology courses in at University of the Pacific, Framingham State College, the American School of Professional Psychology, John F. Kennedy University, and University of San Francisco. I am currently on the core faculty of Alliant International University's Clinical Psychology PsyD Program. I have previously served on the American Psychological Association's Committee of Disability Issues in Psychology and the National Council of Schools and Programs in Professional Psychology's (NCSPP) Disability Task Force. I current serve as the Vice Chair of NCSPP's Disability Committee. |
